Arkham City had never been a good idea.



While the gang wars raged on, drugs were run across the city's network. A new formula, created by The Joker, had surfaced. The Clown Prince of Crime had called it "Titan". Unfortunately, the Clown didn't realize that Titan was such an explosive chemical.



B stands for 'boom'.



And that's just what happened. The Titan chemical, a constantly changing, constantly mutating poison, had altered once more. It became so unstable that it exploded within its containers, resulting in a near-nuclear blast from every canister across Arkham City. With fire raining down from Wonder Tower, and chemical explosions rocking the foundations, the walls of Arkham City came crumbling down.



And with it, Gotham's safety.



But the villains have not given up their fight. Seeing this only as another opportunity to overtake the city, gangs have risen up once again to fight for control. Can Batman and his allies save Gotham or will it finally succumb to the evil that it breeds?
