Kain watched the castle on the narrow horizon. Only a few hours walk from where he was at. It had been some time since he had been back to Baron, much less to see Cecil and Rosa. Never did he would be back so soon. But he had also missed their wedding and well he not sure what he going to say about that just yet. He knew that he was welcome but he did not understand why it was that they were so willing to let him back into their lives. Even after all that he had done to them in the past. The pair of them were an extraordinary people, the biggest hearts out there. He however was just the opposite, he did not like to let anyone in on the inside and he was prone to hurt the people that he did trust. But for now, he thought that those were the days of the past, yet he could not shake that feeling that something was going to happen. What he did not know, but he was sure to find out. Watching the castle still, he started to move forward, blindly walking but knowing the way without much effort at all. Gripping at his lance in his left hand as he walked, helmet atop of his head, wearing the armor that he had wore all that time ago. It did not take as long as he had expected to get to the castle, even to the gates.
People were flooding inside, passing people, horses and carriages alike. Merchants were what were causing all of this ruckus, it was that time of year here in Baron again. The Markets were all over the roads already, he should have known that it was going to be like this before he arrived. They were all gathering at the castle courts, all around the place selling their goods and wares. People came from all sorts of places to buy up said goods and wares to take them back home as gifts. Bad timing on his part to show up in such a clutter, but Kain was going to do this, he had his purpose here and it was going to happen. Moving through the sea of people his eyes rested on the castle gates, but one thing was for sure, he was less likely to be noticed this way, with all of the people in the square. Well for now anyway. It was not like he was going to try and force his way inside, but he would do what was necessary to met them.
He had already caused a lot of problems with these people and he was not sure that a grand welcome was in order. For instance when he had kidnapped Rosa, he was sure that that had sent the towns people into an uproar. They as a whole would like to see him here and now. As the dragoon neared the castle, he arched a brow as the guards came into his line of sight. Letting his stance drop some so that he would seem less intimidating, stepping up to them, lance still at his side. "What does it take to see the King and his wife these days?" Kain questioned, watching all four of them as they stood straight up drawing their swords simultaneously as his words. "Oh please, lets not make this harder than it really needs to be, I am only here to speak to Cecil." Kain fore mentioned, with raised brows at one another Kain shook his head at them. "I do not wish to harm anyone, don't make it complicated." He said as he then laid down his lance in front of him and took a few steps back from it. One of the ranking guards nodded his head to one of the others and he ran off inside the castle. Kain was now willing unarmed and he supposed that it made things better, but if he really wanted to get inside he would have.
Taking off his helmet Kain waited with the other guards, wordless they all were. This not having hurt his own feelings he was sure that these men would not lose sleep over it either.
