PERSONALITY

DESCRIPTION: King's look can mislead people. He looks strong and intimidating and the things he does can lead people to think he is somewhat cold, but he actually has a kind heart and only does what he does for the better of the class. He is a leader type, looking out for what is best for his friends and likes to think of things like a strategy, what to do to get things done the best and most accurate way possible. Though his words are short, his tone cold, and his expressions a bit blank, King is a kind hearted guy despite his lack of communication with the rest of the class.King also has a protective side to him. If anyone of his friends- whom he considers his family- is in danger or being threatened, he will stand up for them and make sure they stay safe. He is known to be protective of the younger students like Cinque and make sure that nothing hurts them, he is like a big brother of the class, and with protecting from a sibling, comes joking and poking fun, though he is quiet and serious most of the time, there are a few occasions where he will step outside of his comfort zone and joke around, though this is very rare for him.

His actions come before his words. In order to lessen the number of unnecessary lives taken, he is very quick to make decisions. A person of few words, this gives him a cool impression, but his gentleness is not easily shown to his opponents.

History:

At the age of eight, King was claimed by the magic department (adopted by Arecia Al-Rashia) and trained to become a future candidate for Class Zero. Alongside his new adoptive siblings, he was put into classes to train with weaponry and magic.

King is now a young man who is a member of Class Zero, a group of students from the Peristylium Suzaku, the Magic Academy of the nation of Rubrum, that fight the invasion of Rubrum by the Milites Empire. As part of the resistance operation "Operation Apostle", he and his comrades seek to become the Agito, a messiah prophesied in ancient mythology to appear at the time of Finis, an apocalyptic calamity.

After the defeat of Cid Aulstyne, King and the rest of his class are seen sitting within their destroyed classroom, talking of the extent of their wounds, how it hurts, but the group ultimately comes together to calm a crying Cinque, after a bit of time talking, they begin to talk as if this weren't the end, what they would do after all of this was done and over with. The group laughs and actually smiles before coming together as a class, sitting after making a memorable memorial, and finally perishing from heavy wounds only to be discovered moments later by Rem Tokimiya and Machina Kunagiri.

In the secret ending, in which Arecia removes the crystals from Orience's history, King is shown to have survived, and lives at the Peristylium. He plays bass guitar in a music group with Trey and Jack. He and Trey decide to skip practice, to the annoyance of Jack, telling him that they are already playing the music in their hearts, and then leave. Jack ends up following them, and they pass by Deuce, Cinque, and Queen.
